Getting your game cartridge back

After you contact us, our staff will ask you a few questions to confirm that you are the owner/know the owner. Once you have completed this step, we will return your game cartridge provided you agree to the 3 conditions below.

When returning your game cartridge, we wish to meet with you in person.
In general, we do not return game cartridges by post.
Instead we will meet with you directly to return it to you.
Of course, you are free to come to our offices.

Please make a donation for your game cartridge.
We accept any amount over 1 yen.
We will use donations to keep this website operational and for travel costs incurred when returning game cartridges. Donations will not be used for profit.

Your story regarding the game will be published on the website.
Please tell us how you got the game and any memories associated with it.

We will need your permission to publish your story on this website as well as other SNS.
