Users agree to the following terms of this agreement with HappymealInc. (correspondence: happymealsupport@bonusstage.net) (“Company”) regarding “Touch!Osyaberizukan” (“App”).
(1)This app requires a separate charge for the connection during download. Also, it may take several minutes to download depending on your environment.
(2)All copyrights and other rights belong solely to Company.
(3)This app will only be used on the device that the Company designates as being downloadable. Users will not transfer, reproduce, modify, accumulate or send without Company’s permission.
(4)Users shall not engage in any acts that may threaten the rights of Company or any third party.
(5) When this Agreement is violated, Company shall have the right to terminate the use of this App by demanding User to discontinue use or to erase App. User shall not longer use the App beyond that date.
(6)Company may modify, add, delete or destroy the App or this Agreement without prior notice.
(7)Users shall have not the right to transfer or assign any of the rights or obligations in this Agreement.
(8)Company does not guarantee that this App is free of errors, bugs, moral errors or flaws and does not warrant the reliability, accuracy, completeness or relevancy of this App. This App, whether explicit or not, is provided by Company “as is” and does not guarantee the conformity for a specific purpose, efficacy, security or that it is free from defects.
(9)Company does not guarantee against any defects from apps registered within App and shall not be responsible for any malfunctions, terminations or other problems that may occur.
(10)Company shall not be responsible for any losses that User may incur. Notwithstanding the above, any willful misconduct by Company shall not apply. In addition to this agreement, Company may abide by separate rules and regulations.
(11)In using App, Users shall abide by this Agreement and other rules and regulations that Company shall incorporate.
(12)Any disputes with Users regarding the App or this Agreement shall be discussed with mutual sincerity, but if a resolution cannot be reached, the Tokyo District Court shall be the first court of jurisdiction.
